It is not the amount of water on this planet that is causing a crisis.
It is the management of water that is at fault.

It is apalling that in the 21st Century one billion people lack access to safe water
and 2.6 billion have no adequate sanitation.

This cannot continue.

Stopcocks will do everything we can to put this human travesty to rights.
