Training.
Each plumber will receive training in what it takes to be a Stopcocks plumber.
There will be initial training and ongoing mentoring, covering all the aspects of running a business not available to you at college.
Apprenticeships.
Stopcocks is a growing company. New plumbers are a valuable and essential part of that.
