Over the many years that I have been working in people's homes I have been told countless stories of how it has felt to have “tradesmen in” Typically, these stories have told of the mess and disruption and devastation that has been left behind.
I began to note these stories and notice how my own working practices differed.
From my own similar experiences of tradesmen and their wake, I decided that having me in the house had to be as stress free for the client as possible, and made it my number one aim to leave the property in a more improved state than it was when I entered.
(This is after all, the purpose of having work done in the first place).

Women have a need for stability in their lives in a way that many men do not. This goes back to child bearing and needing stability for the children. Even if a woman chooses not to have children that need is still present.
As women ourselves, Stopcocks understands this and will always work discreetly and most importantly, will leave no unecessary mess behind.
